Computer Music: an Introduction to the Computer and Electronic Music Universe

     Once strictly the purview of Ph.D candidates in univeristy music labs, computer music technology has brought complex musical expression to the masses. This pathfinder is intended to direct the interested student (meaning you) to a variety of resources that will demonstrate the diverse nature of computer-aided music production, from the past (and you may be surpised how far back the past goes) to the present. Follow the links below for materials on the history of computer and electronic music production, current information on what's happening now, music you can listen to, and - here's the really cool part - software you can use to make your own music!
